All orders to the United States (excluding Alaska, American Samoa, Federated States of Micronesia, Guam, Hawaii, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands and Heard Island and McDonald Islands) will be shipped standard ground for Free, regardless of order value.

Shipping for DNA kits is free both ways. This includes delivery to the customer and prepaid return shipping for sending the sample back to the lab. Free return is available for U.S. customers. Canadian customers must arrange and cover the cost of returning their samples.
